Synopsis:
Mark and Heart are husband and wife. But their one-year marriage seemed destined to end in a painful annulment. Heart was driving home from a 3 day business trip in Subic when the phone rang. It was her husband Mark on the other line. Heated arguments erupt over Mark wanting to file a petition for annulment of their marriage and Heart disagreeing. She's begging her husband to try and save their marriage.

She’s driving too fast and BAM!!!, her car hits a man’s body. She was numb with shock, as she sees what she has done. Heart was shaking as she goes out of the car. She sees a man, blood coming out of his nose and a child beside him. The man has blood all over. Both were unconscious. The man was holding the little body. It looked like the man tried to protect the little boy from being hit directly by her car. Neither of them look well.

Very frightened and not knowing what to do, Heart leaves the scene. She didn’t know who the man and child that she had run over were. She calls 911 to report the incident with calm so she won’t be questioned further. She watches from a distance as the medics help the victims who were rushed to a nearby hospital. In the emergency room, her husband Mark is the doctor on duty. He attends to the victims. The man is dead. The child is comatose and has a 50-50 chance to live.

Claudine is the boy’s mother. She becomes hysterical after she was told about the accident. Before they got hit by Heart’s car, the man, who is Claudines fiancé and her son were on their way to a surprise birthday party they prepared for her. To make matters worse, this is the day of her birthday and her son is in the hospital, comatose. Claudine is devastated by the death of the man she is about to marry.

Heart feels extremely guilty about the lives she destroyed. She begs her doctor husband Mark to talk to Claudine and to console her through this ordeal. Little did Heart know that Mark and Claudine had a past.

A decade ago, Mark and Claudine met and fell deeply in love, but they bitterly parted ways. Claudine is the woman who caused Mark to almost give up on his life. Mark had a very difficult time accepting their bitter break up. In her last note to Mark, Claudine said that, what happened was just a physical joining of their bodies, nothing more.

Later, Mark meets Heart. Heart helps Mark pick up the pieces of his life and get over his broken heart. During that entire time, Heart never saw a single photo of Claudine so she had no idea what the ex who broke her husband’s heart looked like. She only knew her nickname is “Dine”. Mark and Heart get married but their feelings are somewhat lopsided. Heart loves Mark more than Mark loves Heart. The words “I love you” were never spoken between the two of them.

This accident caused Mark and Claudine to reconnect. Mark pursues Claudine and betrays Heart. Heart later learns that Claudine is the woman who Mark wanted to be with and share his dreams with. Her leaving made him want to give up everything. Heart finds out about Claudine's real identity and learns

Opening Scene: At a quiet street just a few blocks from the busy shopping areas, there are exclusive shops that few know about. They are the kind of shops that you have to make an appointment before they would even answer and let you in the door. It was a beautiful day. A tall, good looking man and a boy, about 6 years old, just left one of the jewelry shops on the street. They are chatting happily and are very excited about the little package they just picked up.

As they are crossing the street to get to their parked car, the man notices a car coming closer, full speed towards them. He only had a split second to react, he quickly put himself in between the car and the boy. The car didn't even try to brake and it hits them hard! BAM!
The driver felt a horrible thud and she immediately sensed something is terribly wrong.

The driver comes out of the car and sees the man and the boy laying unconscious on the road. They are covered in blood. It was a horrific scene. They both look bad but the man is even worse. His body is broken and his face is unrecognizable from all the blood. In her panic, she immediately got back in the car and drove away. She dials 911 from her cell phone and reports the accident, trying to sound as calm as possible so she wouldn't raise suspicions.

Several minutes later, the ambulance that the driver called came and got the man and the boy. A distance away, the woman who was the driver is watching them. Her whole body is shaking. She's trying to calm herself down. All she wanted to do is run over and find out the condition of the man and a boy, but she felt trapped in her own body. Consumed with guilt and fear, she attempts to get near them again and again, but she stops herself every time.

Scenario: (Marky's school)

A car parks in front of the school, Paolo gets off the car

He searches for Marky among the children coming out of the school

Marky: (waves) Tito Paolo!

Paolo: (looks behind him, waved and smiled) Marky!!

(He walked over the young boy and reaches for his school bag)

Paolo: Let's go?

Marky: Are we going home now?

Paolo: Yes we are kiddo! Our surprise party for your mommy is all set. But first, we have to get Tito Paolo's gift for mommy.. Then we will both bring your mom to the party!

Scenario (inside the car while driving)

Heart : (nairita) I said i'll talk to you later. I'm driving.

Mark : (nagalit) Can you just pull over so we can talk?

Heart : I don't want to talk about it now.

Mark : (sumigaw) No! gusto ko pag usapan na natin ngayon ang tungkol sa annulment natin.

Heart : (sumigaw) Please Mark. Not now!

Mark : Nakapag desisyon na ako.

Heart : (begging) Mark, please let's work this out. I know we can work this out. Please Mark, don't do this to me.

Mark : I've made my decision. I'll file for annulment.

Heart : (nagalit) Ayoko! hindi ako papayag sa hinihingi mo!

Mark : (sumigaw) Heart! Heart!

Scenario (Marky's School)


(Kotse pumarada sa harap ng school, fiancee bumaba ng kotse)

(Finacee nakatingin sa mga batang papalabas ng gate ng school)


Young son : (kumakaway) Tito Paolo! Tito Paolo!

Fiancee : (lumingon sa likod, ngumiti, kumaway) Marky!!


(Fiancee nilapitan ang young son kinuha ang school bag)

Fiancee : Let's go?

Young son : Tito Paolo uuwi na po ba tayo?

Fiancee : Oo Marky, kasi handa na ang surprise birthday party natin para sa mommy mo. Pero may dadaanan muna tayo. Pagkatapos susunduin natin mommy mo sa coffee shop bago tayo uuwi ng bahay.


(Fiancee at young son sumakay ng kotse umalis)



Scenario (Sa loob ng kotse habang binabaybay ang daan)


Young son : Tito Paolo, susunduin po natin si mommy?

Claudine : Anong ibig mo sabihin?

Claudine : (umiyak) Diyos ko! ang anak ko! Marky!

Scenario (Office clinic ni Mark)


Mark : (Nasa isip) Bakit kinakabahan ako habang inooperahan ko ang batang yun? Parang ang gaan ng loob ko sa kanya. First time ako nakaramdam ng ganito sa isang pasyente.


(Mark nag isip ng malalim hindi maintindihan ang nararamdaman)


Mark : (Nasa isip) Ah siguro naawa lang ako sa bata.

Scenario (Isang Restaurant)

(Mark at Heart papasok sa isang restaurant)

(Waiter sinalubong sina Mark at Heart itinuro ang bakanteng mesa)

(Mark at Heart nakaupo sa mesa Mark umorder ng pagkain)


Mark : Ano pa ang gusto mo?

Heart : Wala na yun lang inorder mo.

Mark : (Sinabi sa waiter) Yun lang.


(Waiter umalis)


Mark : Syanga pala anong ginagawa mo sa ospital?

Heart : Ha? eh may dinalaw lang akong kaibigan.

Mark : Kaibigan? Mukhang importanteng kaibigan ang dinalaw mo at nag leave ka pa sa trabaho.

Heart : Hindi naman naawa lang ako.

Mark : Bakit ano ba ang sakit nya?

Heart : Yung anak nya naaksidente.

Mark : Anak ng kaibigan mo?

Heart : Oo. Nasa ICU sya ngayon.


(Waiter dala ang inorder nilang pagkain)


Mark : Ayan na pala ang order natin.


(Waiter inilapag sa mesa ang pagkain)

Scenario (Bahay nina Mark at Heart)


(Sasakyan pumasok sa gate nagpark sa parking Mark bumaba ng kotse)


(Heart sinalubong si Mark sa harap ng bahay)

Heart : Hi! maaga ka yata umuwi ngayon.


(Heart hinalikan si Mark)

Mark : Yeah, nag off ako ng maaga.

Heart : Buti naman, sige mag shower ka muna. I'll cook you dinner.

Mark : Wag na. Hindi rin naman ako nagugutom. Gusto ko muna magpahinga.

Heart : Okey sige. Coffee, baka gusto mo ng coffee. Or hot chocolate.

Mark : Coffee na lang.

Heart : Okey sige. Mag shower ka na.


(Mark Hinalikan si Heart umakyat sa kwarto)

Scenario (Office ni Heart)


Officemate 1 : Heart, are you sure you wanna quit your job?

Officemate 2 : Oo nga Heart baka pagsisisihan mo sa bandang huli ang disisyon mong mag resign sa trabaho.

Heart : Gusto ko na mag start ng family. Sabi ko kay Mark gusto ko na magka anak kami.

Officemate 1 : May kinalaman ba si Mark sa disisyon mo to quit your job? Pinahihinto ka na ba nya magtrabaho?

Heart : No, walang kinalaman si Mark. Nagulat nga rin sya nung sinabi ko sa kanya gusto ko na mag resign.

Officemate 2 : Yun naman pala eh. So, bakit ka magku quit sa trabaho?

Heart : Gusto ko lang pagtuonan ng pansin si Mark at ang buhay mag asawa namin.

Officemate 2 : Well, kung yan na talaga ang gusto mo, wala kaming magagawa.

Officemate 1 : We will miss you Heart.

Officemate 2 : Oo nga mamimiss talaga kita.

Heart : Kayo naman magkikita pa naman tayo eh. I'll be around. Bibisitahin ko kayo lagi kapag na bored ako sa bahay. hahaha

Officemate 2 : Talaga ha? dadalawin mo kami dito.

Heart : OO naman. Wait lang, para namang nagpapaalam na ako ngayon. I still have 3 months para mag train ng kapalit ko. Wag nga kayo maging OA dyan! hahaha

(Heart at mga officemate nya nagyakapan)

(Sasakyan papasok ng parking ng Hospital Mark at Heart bumaba ng kotse)

Mark : Are you sure you're okey?

Heart : Yeah! sige na pumasok ka na mag aabang lang ako ng taxi dito.

Mark : Call me if you need me, okey?

Heart : Oo sige.


(Mark hinalikan si Heart)

Mark : Bye!

Heart : Bye!


(Mark pumasok sa Hospital)

(Heart naglalakad palabas ng gate ng hospital)

(Kotse papasok ng hospital huminto Claudine lumabas ng kotse)

Claudine : Heart?


(Heart hindi napansin ang pagtawag ni Claudine)

Claudine : (pasigaw) Heart!


(Heart napalingon sa likuran hinanap ang tumatawag)

(Claudine papalapit kay Heart)

Claudine : Heart!

Heart : (Nagulat) Hi!

Claudine : Parang malalim ang iniisip mo.

Heart : (Umiwas) I have to go.


(Claudine nagtaka sa kilos ni Heart)

Claudine : Sige ingat ka.
